The white-ware known as Bianchi is a line of pottery I really enjoy creating because it allows me to build up the surface of the plate. It can be really more like a relief or have just a little detail around the edges. It gives me unlimited options with design and each piece has a style all its own. I love creating everything from small fruit holders to very large platters, and the clean palette is great for displaying colorful foods.
